For 100 g of Premix Flour add 100 ml of Water and 4 ml of oil. Knead well followed by resting for 30 mins. Make 30 gms of dough balls for each Chapati and bake on preheated tawa.

Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, keep it in an airtight container
